The Board of James Bay United Church is thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Jackie Cox-Ziegler, as our part-time bookkeeper. Jackie brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the United Church community, making her a wonderful addition to our family.

Having been a lifelong United Church member, Jackie's commitment to faith and service shines through in her dedication to various church activities. At Oak Bay United Church, she volunteers with the children’s program and shares the joy of her pet therapy dog with others in attendance.

Jackie's professional background is rooted in finance, with a focus on nonprofits in Victoria. Her experiences at organizations like The Glenshiel and The Mustard Seed have equipped her with the skills needed to manage our church's finances efficiently and effectively.

Since moving to James Bay a few years ago, Jackie has already become familiar with our community and church activities. From attending Sunday worship to enjoying Tuesday night jazz, she's embraced the spirit of fellowship and community that defines James Bay United Church.

With her expertise in financial management and her passion for serving others, Jackie is eager to ensure that the resources of James Bay United Church are used wisely to support both our congregation and the broader community. We warmly welcome Jackie to our team and look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly make in her role as bookkeeper.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Jackie Cox-Ziegler as she begins this exciting journey with us. Together, let us continue to strengthen our bonds of community and faith at James Bay United Church.
