 d!\nThe concert begins at 2:00 pm.\nVictoria multi-instrumentalist Dave Ha
 rris has long been a fixture of the local music scene\, famous for his com
 manding presence in the downtown busking scene and his appearances at caf
 és\, bars\, nightclubs\, and music festivals. Born in Toronto\, Dave bega
 n his musical journey at an early age\, studying violin and piano before a
 dding guitar\, banjo\, stomp box\, harmonica and numerous other instrument
 s. A celebrated and legendary one-man band\, Dave draws on blues\, early j
 azz\, swing and hokum traditions. He is a walking\, living\, breathing mus
 ical encyclopedia.\nVictoria multi-instrumentalist Clark Brendan is a high
 ly regarded mainstay of the local music scene and a founding member of som
 e of Victoria’s most successful and best-loved swing\, traditional jazz 
 and early blues groups\, including the Big Band Trio\, the Flying Saucers 
 and many more.\nSaxophonist and clarinettist Al Pease is Victoria traditio
 nal jazz royalty. A brilliant improviser in the tradition of clarinettist 
 Benny Goodman and tenor saxophonist Lester Young\, Al has toured the world
  — and\, luckily for us\, has made Victoria his musical home for the pas
 t forty years.\nJoin us for a swinging afternoon of traditional jazz\, ear
 ly blues and swing favourites!\nAdmission by donation ($20 suggested donat
 ion\, but everyone is welcome\, regardless of financial circumstances).
