 ssic hits of traditional jazz for over 40 years\, and she is one of the mo
 st well-loved and respected musicians for generations on the West Coast.\n
 Special guest trumpeter Daniel Lapp is Victoria and Canadian jazz royalty.
  A magical improviser\, equally at home in the world of Louis Armstrong on
  the trumpet and in the world of Stéphane Grappelli on the violin.\nThe l
 egendary clarinetist Al Pease returns to the stage for a special jazz perf
 ormance! Al Pease has been speaking the language of Benny Goodman for over
  60 years and is one of the most respected clarinetists in traditional jaz
 z in the country.\nDrummer Matt Pease\, son of Al Pease\, has been swingin
 g up a storm on the drums and is one of Victoria’s most sought-after dru
 mmers for rock\, country\, and traditional jazz.\nBassist Ryan Tandy got h
 is training through the Esquimalt Jazz Studies Program and is now one of t
 he most in-demand bassists in the city\, working with everyone from Mauree
 n Washington to Damian Graham to Toni Blodgett and David Vest.\nAdmission
