Phil Albert’s “Stars, Not on Ice” trio, featuring the great Tommy Vickery on piano and Patrick Boyle on trumpet, together explore and extrapolate songs about the stars, the moon, and falling rain. Listeners will experience a quiet, intimate, and shared concert of jazz music intended to encourage reflection on the changing of the season to celebrate moving out of dark and rainy months.
