Featuring three members of Victoria‘s jazz royalty, Ms. Louise Rose, Joey Smith on bass and Kelby MacNayr, the Great American Songbook Trio celebrates Black History Month with a concert exploring themes of African-American influence, history and music making. In this special concert, Ms. Louise Rose guides us in a concert celebrating the roots and practice of Jazz music making, the history of the music, its people and how the music lives and connects us all today.
