Sometimes the generosity springs forth before we even ask! This happened last week when we received a donation from a couple who so appreciate participating in our weekly in Sunday worship from home, thanks to our livestream. As it turns out, we were just about to ask, because in fact the cost of livestreaming is a significant addition to our annual budget. Camera equipment, miles of cable, additional microphones, laptop and computer monitor, switching device, and paying our tech team -- $12,000 for 2022 … about $230 each week.
We are so grateful to have the expertise that enables us to reach people beyond our church walls.
We are aware that many people, on Sunday and later in the week, are so grateful for the “service”.
We are eager to continue reaching out, even more widely, in this way.
