Mardi Gras Tuesday

Mardi Gras Tuesday

Tuesday February 13th

Join a New Orleans inspired All-Star band as we celebrate Mardi Gras at Tuesday Night Jazz at the Church!

Featuring trumpeter Daniel Lapp, Vancouver trombonist and Count Basie Orchestra alumni Brad Shigeta, Victoria’s own Tom Ackerman on clarinet, visiting guest pianist Sean Fyfe, jazz tuba player Don Cox and drummer Kelby MacNayr take you on a musical journey celebrating the best of New Orleans and Mardi Gras!

request for volunteers

Friends, we are a big crowd NEXT Tuesday and we (the church - that's you too) need some extra helping hands with crowd control, and table clearing and coffee pouring. Please contact me if you want to be part of creating the Tuesday Pancake Event at James Bay United -- it's a great chance for all of the groups at the church to come together for a common fun purpose and celebration.

Reach out to me at: communication.jbuc@gmail.com with Pancake Tuesday Helper in the subject line and I will get right back to you with details. (also leave me your phone number as well if you don't mind)
