Sunday WorshipNovember 16, 10:15 am In keeping with the shortening days and greying skies, we focus our Sunday worship on embracing the darkness. We offer our laments before God, acknowledge our despair or doubt, and come together to remind one another that we are not alone. Ultimately, we remember that light always follows darkness. When faced with wisdom and care, the struggle can bring new life. For more infomation visit:

Helping with Communion Preparation
The Worship Committee is looking for folks to help prepare and clean up Communion. Typically, we celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of each month, as well as on the Sundays of Advent and Lent. Preparation and clean-up each take about 15 minutes (before and after the service). If this seems like a meaningful way to contribute, please contact Rev. Greg at greg.powell@jamesbayunited.com. |
