Sunday, September 24th: 10:15am In Person and Live-Streamed
There is a wonderful assurance in Psalm 46…’God is with us, our shelter and our strength.’ That assurance does not mean that life will not be challenging, difficult and even painful. What we can know … is that we are not alone in all of that.
As we watch the Earth and all that is in it, feel the burden of Climate Change, we know that the Creator accompanies the birds and the beasts and the forests too. The ‘work of grief’ is just that – work. There is no time-line for heart-aches from loss and devastation. As followers of the ‘Way’ we support each other as Kin. God’s Love abounds. This Sunday we shall explore grief. Grief of the land, the world and our own.

Our worship each Sunday is intended to be a collective experience, a communal practice.
We might step into whatever is our sanctuary, each one of us as individuals, and yet as we assemble, from wherever we are, we become a people, drawn together through song and prayer, through word and ritual, and through the Spirit who breathes through it all, through us all.
One and the same Spirit uniting us breathing us into life!
