Tuesday Night Jazz at the Church proudly presents the Kate Wyatt Trio featuring bassist Adrian Vedady and Japanese saxophone great Masashi Usui, with a special master class by Masashi Usui before the show!

Featuring the renowned Montreal-based, Victoria-born jazz pianist and composer Kate Wyatt, renowned Montreal bassist Adrian Vedady, with a very special guest, the wonderful Japanese saxophonist Masashi Usui!
Join us for a very special concert as part of a cross-Canada tour, and in anticipation of their upcoming Japanese tour. The trio will perform works by each of the composers in the band.
Japan-based saxophone artist Masashi Usui is known for his warm, lyrical tone, virtuosity, and creative playing! With numerous recording credits to his name both in Japan and North America, this is a wonderful meeting of musical minds, bringing together some of the finest jazz artists of their generation.
