Tuesday Night Jazz at the Church Presents
Direct from Montreal: the Samuel Bonnet Trio

Join us for an intimate evening of exceptional jazz with three of the country’s finest musicians!

Guitarist Samuel Bonnet is recognized as a leading voice on the Montreal jazz scene, celebrated by critics and audiences alike for his distinctive sound. Joined by longtime collaborators Simon Bergeron on drums and returning virtuoso bassist Jonathan-Guillaume Boudreau, Bonnet brings his original compositions to life through elegant melodies, subtle interplay, and a rich musical conversation.

Since appearing in the Quebec Showcase at the prestigious Jazzahead! trade show in Bremen, Germany, in 2023, Bonnet has been building a reputation across Europe and Canada for what critics call his “luminous, meticulous technique” and the “raw authenticity” of his playing.

This concert is part of the SLOW album-launch tour across Western and Central Canada. Expect an evening of intimate musical conversation — the kind that happens when exceptional musicians come together in a small room!
