he pitched his tentand dwells among us Today, with Keiths help, we started building an 'alternative' Nativity Scene for this years' outdoor tableau at James Bay United Church. As we struggled in the wind and driving rain to set up a modest tent for baby Jesus, the plight of the homeless in our city hit home in a bitterly cold wet way. I am blessed with a warm home and dry cloths waiting for me at the end of the day. For so many others, the struggle never ends. - praying for a safe night for everyone out there and thankful for shelter workers and advocates for the homeless who are trying to make a difference right now.
