Sunday WorshipEaster 3 - Sunday, May 1, 10:15 AM This week, we continue to meet IN PERSON AND ONLINE, "How is it possible to move forward when we can’t undo the regrettable? That’s where we’ll go in our reflection this Sunday, through the story of the breakfast on the beach in John’s Gospel. It’s all part of living into the mystery of the resurrection, with Jesus’ bidding, “come with me into the new reality that already is.” If you are tuning in at home, perhaps you could have a candle ready and a comfortable place to settle into the worship experience together. Scripture: John 21:1-19 For more infomation visit:

An Introduction to Mindfulness MeditationWith Kam McKim - Sunday, May 1, 3:45 PM Consider this an opportunity to open into new life this Easter Season. No experience necessary! And if you are looking for a refresher or companionship in the practice, this would be ideal. The series involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to ground the body, open the heart, clear the mind, and help reduce stress. A portion of each session will involve some teaching. The remainder will be an experience of the practice itself. Leadership: Kam McKim, by zoom 5 Sundays, 3:45-5pm, beginning May 1 Register: karenmckim2@gmail.com Photo by Sage Friedman on Unsplash For more infomation visit: http://jamesbayunited.com/events/an-introduction-to-mindfulness-meditation/2022-05-01
