Tuesday Night Jazz at the Church proudly presents Kelby MacNayr’s Tiny Rhythm Kings Swing the Sounds of the Season!

Admission is by donation, with a suggested contribution of $20. However, everyone is welcome, regardless of contribution.

 

Join us for a very special concert as the renowned Swing-Era supergroup, the Tiny Rhythm Kings, bring their swing, sass, and soul to the holiday classics!

Enjoy seasonal favorites made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Nat "King" Cole, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, and more, presented in a swinging, toe-tapping style.

Featuring the sensational trio of:

  • Kelby MacNayr: Swinging drums and soulful vocals, a West Coast mainstay who has shared the stage with Wynton Marsalis, John Clayton, Ingrid Jensen, and many others.
  • Dr. Tony Genge: Outrageously groovy on the Hammond B3 organ, with a career spanning performances alongside David "Fathead" Newman, Jeff Hamilton, and John Scofield.
  • Joey Smith: Masterful guitarist and former member of the Glenn Miller Orchestra, now one of Victoria's most in-demand musicians.

Celebrate the warmth and joy of the season with timeless holiday music performed by this powerhouse trio. Don't miss this evening of swing, sass, and soul!
