We’re super happy to announce that, in addition to Taiji practices, we now offer yoga classes on Saturday mornings! Here’s what Ida, our amazing teacher, is sharing about them:
'Welcome! I'm Ida Winter, a certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping others find balance and strength through yoga. I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and have 15 years' yoga teaching experience.
Classes will be a challenging yet grounding blend of strength, flexibility and mindfulness suitable for all levels. My past students from MokSana will remember this class as yogahour.
I'm looking forward to practicing with you soon!'
If you don’t have a mat or a yoga block, you’re welcome to borrow one of ours.
Saturdays, 10:00–11:00 am, Sanctuary (ramp door).
Drop in only, no need to register in advance.
Admission by donation.
