Avram Devon McCagherty is one of Victoria’s most well-loved musical treasures! A musician fluent in numerous styles — from his early days in folk music, Irish traditions, and Gypsy jazz under the tutelage of legendary guitarist Marc Atkinson, to later explorations of traditional jazz under the guidance of friend and mentor, legendary banjo player and early jazz historian Borgy Borgeson — Avram has forged a musical identity all his own.
In this special presentation, Avram brings together long-time musical friends and Victoria legends: clarinettist and saxophonist Al Pease, drummer Matt Pease, bassist Joey Smith, and pianist/vocalist Brooke Maxwell!
