Join us for a potluck dinner followed by a movie-musical-with-dance to begin the Season of Creation together.

Movie: Hans Christian Andersen (1952), starring Danny Kaye. This beautiful and rarely seen film highlights Andersen’s timeless fables, including The Ugly Duckling, Thumbelina, and The Little Mermaid, with mystery, magic, and dance. Nominated for eight Academy Awards and winner of three, it also introduces ballerinas Zizi Jeanmaire and Leslie Caron.

Bring a dish to share (cold dishes such as sliced meats, vegetables, and salads would be especially welcome if the weather is still warm).

Not to be missed – particularly delightful if you have grandchildren!

Doors open at 5:50 pm, the dinner starts at 6:20 pm.
