Wednesdays: 9am - 10:30am, Lower Hall

A weekly introductory course in the traditional arts of Qigong and Taijiquan (Tai Chi) with teacher Curtis Nadj.

Beginning Wednesday, October 5th and ongoing weekly, this class will offer participants the opportunity to explore the practices of Qigong and Taijiquan from the foundation level to cultivate a personal practice of physical and emotional health and well-being. This is an excellent time to learn from a unique and valuable lineage in unbroken cultural tradition.

Classes will include Qigong practice followed by elements of Chen and Yang style Tajiquan (Tai Chi).

Come to the first session and register in person.

$45/month payable to the instructor
