Wednesday mornings from 9 - 10:25AM in the lower hall Qigong class with Curtis Nadj

Qigong (sometimes spelled ‘chi kung’) is a modern umbrella term for a varied group of gentle ancient exercises meant to unify body, breath, and mind. These exercises are meant to assist in a broad spectrum of areas in support of overall health and well-being by repairing and preventing ailments of the muscles, bones, nerves, joints, and cardio-vascular system of the human body, and have been practiced successfully by people in many age-groups over a very long period of history.

This weekly 90-minute class provides methods and practice in support of general and specific comfort and mobility, circulation, balance and coordination, muscular and joint development and ability, social interaction, and more. Classes will be accessible to absolute beginners, as well as to those with experience from our previous sessions.
