Join us as we continue our celebration of the Chinese New Year and welcome in the Year of the Fire Horse with one more installment of our Community Chi Gong class series with Tai Chi master Eric Tuttle!
A special everyone-welcome community class celebrating the millennia-old Chinese cultural art form of Chi Gong practice for health and well-being.
These ancient practices have been handed down through generations to support the health and wellness of both individuals and the community — nurturing mind, body, and spirit.
In this class, we will explore the Eight Pieces of Brocade, as well as the Six Healing Sounds, Big Regulation of Breathing, and Muscle Tendon Changing Sutras.
Join us on March 8 from 5:00–7:00 pm in the lower hall at James Bay United Church.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome!
No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing, and consider bringing a notebook and pencil.
