Come learn the tradition of 1863! Join Bella from Perogie Pinchers of Victoria for a 2 hour fun filled Perogie lesson! You will make the dough yourself - learn and participate in making Authentic Ukrainian Potato~Cheddar~Onion Perogies You will make about 24 +/- and go home with them PLUS the experience and knowledge on how to pass along Tradtional Perogie Making. All Ages Welcome!
Dress for Success: BRING an apron or wear comfy clothing; closed toe shoes; tie hair back or wear a hairnet; and if you dont want to touch sticky dough.....bring some gloves.
Tools for the Trade: BRING: a large mixing bowl to fit both your hands; rolling pin; cookie sheet; 2 small bowls for possible leftovers.
