Mat Work - Class begins with slowly executed movement exercises to help undo muscular tension buildup and increase body awareness.
Chair and Standing Work - Based on the Mitzvah Technique learn how the body is inherently designed to release and realign itself with gravity. Restore balance, coordination, muscle tone, and freedom of movement.
Moving Across The Studio Floor - Express a natural flow of movement from within - starting with basic walking patterns, gradually evolving into more dynamic movement variations
No experience necessary
